I wrote this article to help a friend of mine. She has a particular need of financial support to be able to represent Slovenia at the European and the World Championship of disc dog.

This year (2011) we've attended seven international competitions, and brought home outstanding results from every one. Oli and Bamm Bamm are currently in the No. 1 and No. 3 spots in the standings for the Czech Dog Chow Discdog Cup, Oli and Lyra are qualified for the AWI European Championship August 27 in Switzerland and the AWI World Championship in Gray Summit, Missouri October 8, and the Polish DCDC Finals September 3-4 in Warsaw, and all three are qualified for the Czech Championship September 10-11 in Nymburk and the USDDN World Finals October 15-16 in the USA.
Due to a lack of funding we were not able to attend the AWI EC or the Polish Finals, but I would love to play with all my dogs at the Czech championship and the USDDN European Championship in Boom, Belgium on September 16-18, and take Bamm Bamm to the USA for the World Finals. But I can’t do it without your help.
